Consider It Cased

Happy Saturday !!!
Today's cased is from Lori's blog ( Inking Aloud) who is my inspiration from making this card. I copied her layout and I did a step up from her beautiful card, along with some changes. I did a chevron background, edgelit on the sides and added the washi tape and buttons. I wanted to show off the Chevron ribbon which works perfectly for this card.  Hope you like it.

Poppies

I am enjoying my day off today so I start my day with a card challenge from the Dynamic Duos using Basic Black and Melon Mambo. I used the Pleasant Poppies stamp and framed it using the circle punch. I added the DSp background and created Melon mambo pennants. Hope you like it.

Playing with Colors

Hello Peeps !!!

Happy Thursday !!!

Today's Playing with Colors- Baked brown Sugar, Coastal Cabana and Whisper White. I used the Modern Mosaic EF, added the border where I punched holes and then stamped the sentiment.
For the background, I stamped the images directly using the Stamp-a-majig, which is great tool for something like this. Hope you like it.

I just did not get around posting sooner but here is a card that I did at a demo swap. It features the In Colors which I am kind of glad they kept because I really enjoy using these colors. The boot was stamped, colored and Crystal Effects added on the clouds. I used the Cloud EF for my background.

Just a quick post before I go to bed and share this card for Simply Simple week. I used the Mosaic Madness using these soft colors - Pistachio Pudding and Crisp Cantaloupe. I punched the images and made sure to line it up with the background EF. Hope you like it.

I had another card to share from my last stamp class- using the Sassy Salutations which is 25% off right now until June 30th. I used the pennant punch and created a faux stitching . The candle is made out of a DSP and the wick is a half cut heart.  Hope you like it.

Woohoo !!! I finally got my order from Stampin' Up and of course I could not help but inked one of them. I am using the Cycle Celebration stamp set with a cool saying.
I found this beautiful card from Pam's blog ( Stampin' in the Sun) and I just love what she did with this stamp set. I did make a few changes- changed my colors, the flowers but the concept is pretty much there. Hope you like it.

Wildflower Meadow

Hello Peeps !!!

Happy Friday !!!

I had some kind of a bug and I have not been feeling creative yesterday or today. Instead, I am sharing with you a card that I did at my class minus the ribbon. I went digging in my stash and I found the ribbon to go with it.  I am waiting patiently for my "big" order from Stampin' Up.
Anyway, this set comes in a bundle and I think you will like it...a lot! It is my favorite so far since
it comes with the EF.  Hope you like it.

Playing with Colors

I decided to use these colors - Daffodil Delight, Crumb Cake, Marina Mist and Very Vanilla and make a masculine card. Since Father's day is coming. I used the Clockworks stamp set and embellish with some gold brads and Marina Mist stripe ribbon. I did some distressing on my background, too. Hope you like it.

Here is a card that I did using the Artist Trading Card. The ATC is 2-1/2 x 3-1/2", added the Whisper White c/s behind it and did  Color Blocking which I saw on Splitcoast to make use of your scraps.
